When we started out with the whole solid food thing, L did not have any interest. Milk was his favorite and thats all he wanted which was fine, I didn't want to make meals a bad association so I offered food often but if he refused I didn't push it.
Finally around 8 months he decided he liked food but really only liked very few baby foods, so I decided to just start offering the food we were eating. He ended up loving regular food and now he basically just eats what we eat. I am actually kind of amazed at what he eats and I know as he gets more into the throws of toddlerhood things can change daily but I have yet to offer him anything he won't eat.
The problem is, aside from dinner we don't really eat a whole lot and I know he needs to eat more but I just feel like I feed him all the same things and I don't want him eating mac and cheese and chicken nuggets every day. I know he needs more fruits and veggies and right now he likes those squeeze pack things of fruit and veggies because he likes to hold them and squeeze them but he can't eat those forever.
At breakfast he usually has oatmeal, greek yogurt, waffles, or banana. The real issue is lunch. I just never know what to feed him because I don't really eat lunch. Also on nights when I work and hubby gets home late sometimes I just don't have time to make dinner and then I'm scrounging the cabinets for something to throw together for him.
What do you feed your toddlers? I just need some new ideas!

We have the same issue of what to feed Rowen since we aren't the most consistent eaters! A few things that I have found that I can spread out through the week are: boiled chicken (which I usually mix with rice and a veggie), pasta, tuna salad, avocado slices and cheese, quesadillas (which are his favorite), cottage cheese with a fruit mixed in. These are a few that we have tried and I'll admit I am still giving him a pouch or two with each meal just to make sure he is getting enough fruits and veggies. Hope this helps!
I feel like I only feed bristol fruit. I'm in a food rut too.
Whole wheat pasta? Brown rice mixed with mashed avocado? W loves, loves, loves hummus, and he dipped chicken in it before I ever introduced ketchup. You could get him to dip his veggies in there too. I have tried making vegetable fritter type things and he loves those too. Best of luck girl!

And the rut continues here as well... Morgan and Taylor could live on fruit (strawberries, bananas, grapes, blueberries, apples). We do a lot of pasta since they love it. Hate to say it, but mac n cheese is a staple as well as grilled cheese. We have tried peanut butter and jelly, but it's usually a no go. I hate this phase of eating!!
lots of fruit. the steam veggie bags. string cheese. rice. boiled eggs. pasta. fish. chicken.
