Today is World Prematurity Day, being a NICU nurse I felt it necessary to a moment to honor the millions of babies who have died this year because they were born too soon and the millions more who are so strong and courageous as they fight for their little lives each day. These little guys are some of the strongest and bravest little people around.
A glimpse:
I love what I do and these babies and their families have blessed me and showed me how precious life is. These babies amaze me every day and when I get to see them go home and then see them months and years later thriving and doing well it rekindles my love for these little babies.

Man that is a tear jerker. One it is sad but mostly because my little Katie B was born at 36 weeks and now you do this everyday at work. I'm so proud of you. God did good.
What a precious post! Thank you for doing what you do as a NICU nurse. From the little time that Bryar spent in the NICU I was able to meet so many nurses that I can never say thank you enough too. The job that each of you do is simply amazing, and we are so very grateful for nurses like you! =)
